The 2015 Sutherland Shire Local Environmental Plan (formerly the draft 2013 LEP) has been made.
LEP 2015 applies to all but a small portion of the Sutherland Shire and introduces new zones and development standards such as height, density and landscaped areas. The new LEP address the housing shortages in the Shire and is aimed to provide greater employment within the Shire.
